Working for my client who are a global consultancy firm based in Dubai, this role is to be based at their Middle East Head Office working in a team of assistants to support Partners and Principles. This role will report to a dedicated Team Leader and full training on internal systems and processes will be given.
Typical duties will include; managing busy outlook calendars, highlighting any conflicts, inputting travel data, arranging conference calls, meetings etc. Coordinate complex travel logistics (car, flight, hotel, etc.) with travel company. Prepare weekly timesheet and expense reports. Email management for the partner including communicating on their behalf when needed. Organising twice yearly events offsite for all Partners, Principals and Consultants. Schedule client meetings and events; prepare logistics/equipment arrangements.
The successful candidate will be a dedicated, hardworking and proactive team player, someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, a well organised and logical thinker and an intelligent individual who is motivated by working in a fast paced and professional environment. Previous experience working in a similar role within the corporate and professional services environment is essential. A native or fluent level of written and spoken English is also essential.
