Corporate Receptionist, DIFC, Dubai, UAE

Working for a global US firm within the professional services sector based at the DIFC, my client is seeking to recruit a Corporate Receptionist for their Middle East Offices.

This role will be the face of the company, responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors to the office and managing the switchboard, therefore the person must be incredibly professional, able to create a welcoming first impression, an excellent communicator, quick to build rapport, highly efficient and well organised. Alongside managing the Reception you will support the Office Manager with day to day administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office; handling the post, visitor log, managing email inbox, managing supplies, arranging lunches, meeting room bookings, expenses and coordinating general facilities maintenance.

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably in a corporate environment, fluent English skills both verbal and written, competent with the use of MS Office applications, a friendly yet professional individual, well presented, reliable, hardworking, team player, who works on own initiative, proactive and well organised.
